ABOUT
Fort Chaffee Lodging is dedicated to enhancing the training experience for service members by providing safe, clean, affordable, and accessible accommodations. We strive to support readiness and well-being by offering a welcoming environment that meets the unique needs of military personnel and authorized guests during their time at Fort Chaffee.
Our lodging facilities and RV park are located on Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, an Arkansas Army National Guard installation, located 11 mi from the city of Fort Smith.
GUESTS
The lodging facilities operated on this installation are intended for authorized military and Department of Defense patrons and are not available for unrestricted public use. Eligibility to reserve or occupy accommodations is limited to individuals authorized under Army MWR and DoD patronage regulations, including Active Duty military personnel, National Guard and Reserve members, retired military personnel, Department of Defense civilian employees, and eligible dependents. Authorized guests sponsored by eligible patrons may also be permitted access, subject to installation access requirements and command approval. All occupants and visitors must satisfy current base access, identification, and security screening requirements. Failure to provide valid credentials or comply with installation policies may result in denial of entry, cancellation of reservation, or removal from the premises.
SURCHARGE
Current surcharge ($5.76) is applied to all RV site reservations and guests not conducting official DoD business.

CHECKS OR CASH ARE NOT ACCEPTED
LATE CHECK- OUT
If you check out after 1000 you will be charged for an additional night.
EARLY CHECK - OUT
If you depart early from your original reservation, you have until 0730 the following business day to contact the office, or you will be charged the full amount of your original reservation.
REFUNDS
Notification of an early departure must be received prior to 1000 hours of day of departure, or no refund will be processed.

NO PET POLICY - $750.00 FEE
No pets, service animals, or working animals are allowed in any Fort Chaffee Lodging buildings. Guests found with an animal will be immediately removed from the premises and fined a minimum of $750, with additional charges for damages and cleaning costs exceeding that amount.
NO SMOKING - $100.00 FEE
Smoking is not allowed inside any lodging facility or within 25 feet of any facility. The Adjutant General’s Memorandum No 2020-15, Tobacco Use Policy – Arkansas National Guard, dated 1 Apr 2020.
LOST KEY - $50.00 FEE
Failure to return room keys within 48 hours or prior arrangements made will result in an additional $50.00 fee assessed to the room charge.
NO FIREARMS
IAW DoD policies (to include AR 90-114), personal firearms, and government owned firearms, are not allowed in lodging buildings. Privately owned firearms, ammunition, and/or weapons are prohibited in National Guard facilities and/or property unless specifically approved by TAG, REF:
LONG TERM GUESTS
Personnel who occupy transient quarters for more than thirty (30) days are required to provide the FCJMTC Lodging Office a credit card. Occupants will be billed biweekly. Occupants who fail to maintain their account in good standing are subject to immediate eviction.
OCCUPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Occupants are financially responsible for damages, destruction, loss of property, supplies, and equipment.
FCJMTC ENERY CONSERVATION PLAN
Occupants will comply with the FCJMTC Energy Conservation Plan. Guests should turn off TV, and lights and turn down the air when not in the room.
SECURITY OF PROPERTY
Occupants are responsible for the security of their quarters and the contents. Occupants who leave their quarters unsecured are responsible for any stolen property. The FCMTC Lodging Office is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
LOST & FOUND
All personal items recovered following occupant departure will be held for 60 days following departure date. Any item claimed by occupant within 60 days will be returned as arranged by occupant at occupant’s expense.
VISITOR RESTRICTION
Occupants are allowed visitors Sunday thru Thursday 1000 - 2200 hrs. and Friday thru Saturday 1000 - 2400 hrs. No visitors are permitted on premises unless accompanied by the occupant. Visitors are restricted to the same gender as the lodging facility. Occupants are responsible for compliance with the time restrictions and violators are subject to eviction, and possible being barred, from FCJMTC lodging by the Training Site Manager.
HOUSEKEEPING
All guests are subject to daily (Monday - Friday) housekeeping entry to ensure a safe environment and proper maintenance of the property.
The FCJMTC Lodging Manager (during normal business hours) retains the right to enter all lodging without notice to conduct a health and welfare inspection. Lodging determined to risk other occupants’ health and welfare will be cleaned by housekeeping and the occupant charged the hourly labor rate plus cost of supplies for the cleaning, and risk eviction.
